Wren 0.6.8

Wren 0.6.8 exports the frames it draws from its developer tools.

This is still a beta, under development, and Windows-only.

Performance tab: Pictures and Export. Pictures records the window's frames as pictures; Export writes a folder to the downloads folder: a page (index.html) that shows the frames big, one at a time or in a strip, with how much each changed and its time, kind, scroll and difference from the one before; the pictures and a contact sheet; timeline.json; and trace.json, the phases of every frame as Chrome trace events (the Performance tab of Chrome and Perfetto open it).
wren ctl timeline stop writes the same index.html.
